Mission
Through her workshops and artworks, Emily creates space for others to connect, create, and celebrate their companions. A portion of proceeds is donated to local animal welfare—because Emily’s goal is not just to make art, but to give back and inspire others to do the same.
Why We Do It
Millions of animals enter shelters each year, many due to lack of awareness about the importance of spaying and neutering. That’s why we proudly partner with Speak for Animals, a nonprofit working to reduce animal suffering through education and advocacy. 15% of proceeds from each workshop helps support their mission. Together, we’re creating art that gives back.

Instructor
Emily Carrig is a visual artist with a background in fine art and art history, specializing in oil and pastel. Her work explores the human figure, animal subjects, and occasional landscapes. She earned an MFA in Painting from the New York Academy of Art, where she studied with contemporary artists such as Vincent Desiderio, Bernardo Siciliano, and the late Patrick Connors.
